Hot tub was not operational in our building, so every body from both buildings had to use a single hot tub. I never was able to enjoy it because it was always full. Ice machine did not work in our building either

I used to really love this hotel, though I don’t see the value for the price now. The check in process was extremely slow. No one was at the front desk for about 20 minutes. I called the number on the business card at the front desk though no answer. The room was also not overly clean. There were brown drip marks down the wall in the bathroom and it seemed like the carpet was vacuumed. The hotel has great parking for snowmobilers and is very close to the chevron gas station. The location is great.
