A comfortable and convenienr stay

A comfortable and convenient stay in Revelstoke. Rooms are sizeable, shower was lovely, beds were comfy. I'd appreciate a pillow menu and try to ask for a room away from the railway tracks.

The property was very clean, well managed.the rooms were spacious. Beds and pillows good. The breakfast was exceptional. Hot food well stocked. It had everything you wanted. The trains are noisy but you get used to it, or they have free ear plugs. The only thing missing is a grab bar in the shower. Otherwise wverything was perfect.

Very disappointing. No tv ( satellite down -during stanley cup play off ) no hot tub (out of order). Breakfast was mediocre. Said they would compensate us in am. Manager was in a meeting at checkout & did not speak or call us. We donot recommend staying here.
