The room was fairly clean. Except for the dead bug. No outlets to plug in cell phones. TV did not work. No mirror in room. Bathroom always occupied. Room cold due to window stuck open. Heater did not work. No staff anywhere. Good WiFi.

It was great. The refrigerator didn’t work in the room. I let them know. It’s a shared bath with basic amenities. There is a washer onsite free to use which is amazing. The dryer didn’t dry with heat.

Clean, fairly central location. Would have liked more flexibility on check-in time or ability to leave luggage. We were able to leave luggage only because other guests let us in. Confusion with other guesthouse with similar name meant a looong walk from bus stop. No lounge. Dining area simply a room with counter and 4 stools. Kitchen had stove top, microwave, kettle, a few dishes.

Did not like that the bathroom wasn't cleaned regularly, we were there for 4 days, nothing was cleaned. Lack of towels, only one towel for 4 days. Pillows were terrible, mattress was okay. Need a mirror in the room so that you don't have to use the bathroom for a long period of time. Five rooms of guests using 1 bathroom, difficult to get in there. Didn't receive code for guesthouse until after we talked to the cleaning staff.
