I love that this property had four separate beds for four people. Kitchen area was a little crammed, but workable. Entry and exit were a breeze. I didn’t expect to be paying for laundry, but whatever. Although it’s a little crowded area, but I never had difficulty finding parking slot.

Good location with free parking and WiFi available. We went with family of 4 with two teenage boys. The rooms are compact and just sufficient. Kitchen is good but no dish washer. There is a small fridge. We were able to cook. Sugar was missing so we had to grab some things for grocery. Overall a good place.

Our apartment was walkable to downtown sites. Very clean and quiet. It was smaller than I expected. The kitchenette had enough dishes to have breakfast and a small refrigerator and even a toaster and Nespresso machine. We had trouble with our door lock but when I called the number someone came right away to fix it. A good place to stay in Reykjavik.

Good location - about a 20-25 minute stroll into the centre. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchenette in the room and a good shower. Quiet and nice view over the snow covered mountains from our room. No staff so it’s self check in but they sent comprehensive instructions and we got into our room without any issues. Rooms are a little tired but very clean and comfortable Plenty of free parking outside. A branch of the fabulous Braud bakery is across the road for delicious pastries and coffee and not mobbed like the ones in the centre.

Clean, comfy beds, great location for Golden Circle. Overall, greatly satisfied. Would stay again! Little difficulty with billing on American visa credit card, but the communication and patience straightening it out were great. An email sent 2:15pm the day we were to check-in at 3:00 changed our rooms and was missed on my end creating a little confusion. Would like a text for such important last minute communication. Perhaps also something to fix on my end. Great place to stay. Great for families. Maybe not great for very light sleepers. The noise of neighbors and street (open windows to cool down) was slight and we slept through most of it. Very happy customers. Kid approved.

Nice property

Nice property, decent distance from the center. (30 minutes walk). Good facilities at the property, a few of the provided things could be renewed such as a chipped bowl, very old sponge which we replaced ourselves as it was unusable. Overall recommend this place. Nice location, felt safe.

I got my rental car broken into and my property stolen on the second to last night I was there. Has nothing to do with Bolholt I’m just saying be careful if you do stay here don’t leave anything in your car. Nice rooms comfortable and clean, 5 minute drive into the main part of the city.

Really fab place, we were close to all roads and the centre, free parking and cooking facilities and table and toiletries Only issue was there no communication where to put rubbish (just a sign on the wall next to instructions for bed settee) would help as we took 3 days to realise where to put it !
