Staff was fine, room needs uplevelling for sure. No toilet paper holder, no toilet paper I had to ask front desk, 1 towel paper thin, had to get more from front desk, cigarette burns in bed cover even though non-smoking room. Good points were TV network good options, fridge, microwave, bed comfort, heater worked.

Don't stay here front desk worker are rude and inconsiderate....so many bugs and roaches they don't clean out everything and the toilet didn't work the whole stay and nothing was don't to fix that issue if u are staying here with a plus one I suggest you don't overall I would NEVER book here again
