The Property is made up of 4 exclusive Villas identified from 1 to 4, which each one is divided in two private and independent fully furnished and equipped units with all its amenities on 1st and 2nd level. In total it count on 8 different sized fully equipped luxury Villas.
Our luxury Villas range from a one-bedroom unit for a couple, to units for 4, 6, 8 and 10 guests. With a total accommodation of up to 50 Guests.
All units enjoy assigned parking, independent entrance, private balcony/terrace facing the sea, with hammock, BBQ/Grill, patio furniture, interiors with central air conditioning, full and equipped kitchen, comfortable living room with 55 HD TV "and cable, dining, rooms with double beds and complete bathrooms. Five units counts with it's own Jacuzzi/Spa where you will enjoy the stunning Ocean and Sunset views of Rincon.
The unique characteristics of this property, with its amazing ocean views from its extensive terraces on the rooftops, Infinity pool, 5 Jacuzzis on the balconies of different levels and spaces, make this majestic Villa a special place to celebrate your event: family reunion, wedding, anniversary, entertainment or corporate event.
