We had the most wonderful experience at Boutique Hotel Alfina! They made my mom’s birthday so incredibly special. When we arrived, we were surprised with beautiful balloons, a birthday card thoughtfully signed by Tania and Richard, delicious macarons, and chocolates. It was such a heartfelt touch that meant so much to us. The location is conveniently located just a couple of minutes’ walk from the bus station. Our room had a gorgeous balcony with breathtaking views of the lake. It was truly magical and so relaxing, a perfect place to unwind and soak in the scenery. Breakfast was phenomenal. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The quality and variety were impressive, making every morning a treat. Tania, Richard, and all the staff were so warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality was unmatched. Tania even took the time to help us figure out the best route for our travels and made sure we got where we needed to go without any trouble. We felt so at home and completely cared for during our stay. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to ensure we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend it to everyone visiting the area. Hotel Alpina is a charming, wonderful little boutique hotel with beautiful views and very convenient to bus and train routes. The hotel was quiet and clean! The bed was comfortable. We loved sitting outside and looking over the lake and mountains. Lovely staff as well! I would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent stay here, 3 minute walk from the train station. Beautiful views. The staff who I believe were the owners went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They go the extra mile prepping breakfast. Would recommend to any of my family members or friends.

Excellent location in front of lake. Richard was very pleasant, welcoming and made sure our stay was the best ever. Superb breakfast and personalized service. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again when in Switzerland. 5 stars !!!

Vale la pena, vayan y disfruten!

Fue increible, desayuno buenisimo, su personal increible y atentos, camas buenas, increible vista al lago, pero, necesitan mosquiteras en las ventanas para evitar mosquitos o cualquier insecto volador, no hay aire acondicionado pero tienen ventilador que hubiera sido increible si hubiera mosquiteras. Pasa atras de la propiedad el tren, pero si estas cansado no importa.

Simplesmente amamos nos hospedar nesse hotel. Lugar calmo, aconchegante, ótimo café da manhã, com uma vista maravilhosa em frente ao lago Brienz e ótima localização, pertinho de Interlaken, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, etc. Funcionários do hotel muito prestativos e gentis. Sem contar que os donos são uns amores e muito simpáticos, preocupados em receber e acolher muito bem os hóspedes. Tania é brasileira também e uma querida. Foram dias perfeitos nesse lugar que conquistou nosso coração. Como sugestão de melhoria, apenas diria que o quarto poderia ter um pequeno frigobar, blackout nas janelas e um espelho de tamanho maior.

Hotel lindo, sem palavras para descrever o quão belo e agradável. A decoração remete a cabanas confortáveis e combina muito com a região. O café da manhã foi simplesmente fantástico, delicioso e todo o staff do Hotel foi dedicado e solicito. A cereja do bolo é o lago em frente ao Hotel, é lindo demais.
