Tastefully decorated property, with comfortable rooms. Netflix on the tv, and a fan a thoughtful touch when the weather was so hot. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order. Owners were lovely- welcoming and full of helpful information about the area.

Lovely accommodating couple

We were not actually booked in to Moortown lodge as the booking company had not notified the owners, however they were really good didn’t make any fuss and actually gave us a better room than booked. They were a very helpful and accommodating couple, would definitely recommend Moortown lodge, we will stay again. Very pleasant owners.

A Brilliant Break.

The welcome and friendliness was second to none. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was freshly cooked, just as you wanted it. Even the yoghurt was home made and delicious. I have never had a better breakfast in a hotel.
