The room was not clean, the bed was old with a lot of torn and stains, the sheets had stains, the towel was very old and in bad shape, there was mold in the bathroom, no service in the room like water, the door was stuck and I need help to opened. The breakfast was not good at all.

Primeira vez que me hospedei no hotel, achei o hotel excelente, atendimentos excelente, café da manhã excelente. Meu único ponto negativo foi no quarto, a cortina da janela deveria ser blackout, pois a claridade incomoda um pouco, a noite não fica escurinho e para quem gosta de dormir a tarde, fica desconfortável.

Acho que os quartos são ótimos, espaço, conforto, camas, material. Deixaram a desejar na limpeza do quarto, tinham muitos cabelos por toda parte do quarto. O café da manhã é bem simples e falta variedade de comidas mais saudáveis. Sugiro saches de mel e chapa para possibilidade ao menos de esquentar um pão.

Fiquei muito tempo na fila pro cheking, o quarto que pedi foi casal luxo, o teto do banheiro tinha modo, no box tinha cabelo, não limparam direito, o armário que fica o frigobar está podre e cainda. Hoje de manhã tentei contato diversas vezes com a recepção sem sucesso, são três números nenhum atendeu. Resumo, era pra ser uma noite relaxa te com meu marido e a experiência não foi boa.

Razoável, dá para ficar porém o nosso quarto estava com as cortinas imundas, o que nos faz pensar se realmente é limpo todo o quarto, o café da manhã era algo mais “só para falar que tinha”, não era tão satisfatório, não havia luzes no nosso quarto, somente via abajures e a recepção esqueceu de mencionar que para usar o elevador precisava passar o cartão do quarto, ficamos um tempinho batendo a cabeça.
