We loved our stay here! A special shout-out to the staff who were amazing—so friendly, helpful, and always impeccably dressed. The place is also incredibly clean, from the rooms to the rest of the hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. It’s right in front of a big rock ("morro") that splits the beach in two. You can literally walk 10 meters to one side and have calm water for swimming, or go to the other side for great surf. Being so close to the Recreio market is a huge bonus too—it’s super convenient for getting cheap, fresh food and finding good deals on just about anything.

upon arrival the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located perfectly on the beach. the room was decent and the a/c took a second to figure out how to use. the only complaint would be the kitchen staff that serviced the dining area. they were not the friendless folk. we had to ask several times for items to be refilled when empty.

It is a very convenient hotel 10 seconds away from the beach and a few restaurants. Staff are amazing! The only downside is that mosquitos are a lot here. But overall, it is a highly recommended hotel to live with.

Hotel has prime location. Maybe one of the closest hotel to the beach. But everything else is really bad. Everything feels old, loud air condicionar. Cleaning very basic, first day my room was full of sand as soon as I arrived. Breakfast is full of things that does not feels fresh. Everything seems good wise taste old. Really bad coffee, not even an espresso machine. No music in the restaurant. The quietness feels awkward to have breakfast. Receptionists avoid eye contact, super blunt, no welcoming at all. Check in made me fill a paper like I was doing an application. Not worth to stay or to comeback at all.

We like the area in general. Breakfast was good. We didnt like the bathroom too smail and dirty, shower didnt work propoerly. When we arrived they charged us extra for moving away from a construction next that we didnt even know. The room where we were moved in, had a balcony door which did not lock (broken lock)

This hotel is 20 feet from the beach, which is amazing but that has its drawbacks. The general area isn't great transportation or tourist safety. There is a police 'station' right next to it but it's only operational during the day. There are condos being built on 2 sides of the hotel which can be noisy during the week. For the price I don't think you're going to find a better deal though.

A equipe é gentil, mas o hotel não disponibiliza vaga de estacionamento, carrinho para transportar malas e nem área de desembarque coberta. Cheguei para hospedar em um dia de chuva e tive que descarregar malas pesadas embaixo d'água. Além disso, apesar de farto, o café da manhã é extremamente repetitivo. Por fim, a praia em frente é extremamente suja e mal frequentada. Tá certo que isso não tem relação com o hotel, mas fica o alerta, pois as pessoas jogam muito lixo na areia - tornando o local nojento - e passam a madrugada na praia fazendo barulho, inclusive, com carro de som no último volume, o que incomodou demais.

Gostei muita da localização. Na frente da praia do Pontal, da pra fazer caminhada até o posto 10, se tiver disposição, consegue ir mais a frente. Amei a recepção só hotel, equipe super atenciosa, educados prestativos. Porém, eu particularmente achei o café fraco e um ponto bem interessante, que eu gostaria de ressaltar, o check-out é as 12 h, minha viagem estava marcada para as 19:30 h. Eu fiz o check -out , eles foram bem legais, me emprestaram a toalha e deixaram minha bagagem guardada, fui a praia e voltei. Mas infelizmente não tem um vestiário pra hóspede em caso como esse, se lavar, se trocar. É bem comum quando a viagem é a noite, o hóspede queira aproveitar mais, depois de devolver o quarto. Tive que me levar no chuveirão, onde se lava , pra tirar a areia antes de ir para o quarto. Fiquei exposta. Mas resolvi meu problema. Só seria legal, se pensassem num vestiário. Pois tem espaço.
