Room wasn't ready when we arrived early. We waited an hour until check in and then they still couldn't find us a room. After another hour i think they put us in their worst room. Room was fine. Nothing special. Window opened into a brick wall. No view. TV was unwatchable. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. Nice roof top with table service, a gym and a very small pool. Too cold to use. Stunning view from the roof. Great location for both main beaches.

All the staff are amazing! They are friendly, responsible and very professional. The beach view is divine! Air conditioner was perfect. The hotel needs some touch up, just because it kind of old. In general it's a wonderful place.

The staff was warm and attentive. The hotel’s central location made it easy to reach most attractions, and being right across from the beach was a highlight—we really enjoyed our morning and evening walks. Overall, it offered great value for the price.

The first room I received was terrible. The sheets were stained. The pillowcases were stained. The bathroom was dirty as though no one even took time to wipe the vanity so I requested another room. The staff were accommodating and gave me another room. It was cleaner but the sheets and pillowcases and towels are very very old. It need to be replaced. They were also stained. The only good thing about this hotel that he did have stunning views from the top of the roof and the breakfast was pretty OK but if you are like me and you use to luxury hotels, this is not the place because the bed is very hard in each room.
