概要：高層住宅棟の１室（9階）をコンドミニアムとして貸出。7泊。 好立地：コパカバーナ浜まで1ブロック。１階はレストラン、近隣にスーパーマーケットあり。サンテラスは広くて長くビーチがはっきりと見える。 建物（常駐係員対応）、部屋（金属鍵）でセキュリティ良。 チェックイン：現地にて電話、WhatApp、電子メール等で知らせる。現地にて清掃料150R,デポジット40€を支払う。 調度品：清掃状況は普通。部屋清掃は無し。TV機器は操作法を必ず確認。中型冷蔵庫、IHコンロ2口。 調理具：多種。フライパン２個（焦付く）。 食器：テーカップ4個と浅皿4枚のみ。 食器洗剤は大、スポンジは小。シャンプー類は各小１個、石鹸なし。トイレは隣の建物から見えるのでタオルを窓枠に下げる。 寝具：最大3名はOKだが、南京虫にやられた。
