Room was clean but unable to take a shower due to very Hot 🔥 hot water only. NO cold water. My Sisters room also had problems with the shower, the divider' was not working so No shower for them either. Their TV went off by itself while sleeping early morning . There was no breakfast no coffee like they advertised. Oh! It was raining and the building was leaking by the stair way pretty bad. No good experience. Staff were nice 👍

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your property, booked through Expedia under the name [Your Name] on [Reservation Date]. Upon check-in, I was assigned a room where several amenities were not functioning as advertised: • Heater and air conditioning did not work. • Television was inoperable. • Jacuzzi bubbles were not working. I immediately contacted the front desk, and while the staff attempted to fix the TV, it remained non-functional. Eventually, I was offered another room that met the expectations outlined in my booking. However, the inconvenience and time spent dealing with these issues significantly impacted my experience. I booked through Expedia with the expectation that the room would match the description provided. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I kindly request appropriate compensation for the inconvenience, whether in the form of a partial refund or credit.

I should have said something you requested my if not demand that I'd be giving a different room the walls were dirty the environment was dirty and when I got around to the air conditioner there was so much build up of allergens and I mean it was so pretty dirty I mean I was speechless you have to clean it out and not say anything and I just make the best out of it and kept it to myself but I think these people really need to step up to their hospitality and you know cleanliness for being part of hotels.com or you don't mean the general population they advertise to

Nastiest place I’ve ever stayed at m. I neglected to look at the reviews beforehand and I’ll never make that mistake again. Bedding was stained. I went to my car and got blankets to use instead of theirs. The room was filthy. Nothing worked. The light breakfast was a joke. I had to wake the guy up to check out while I waited for him to unchain the door to get my deposit back. Transients milling about at all hours of the night making noise. Felt totally unsafe. The deadbolt didn’t work properly etc…..too much to list.

"We don't have non smoking rooms left. minutes pass as they look again. I don't want a smoking room so he checks again. Maybe 10 plus minutes and he says he found a room. A customer before me complained about "A" room (209) but it didn't register til i got in the room and saw a towel that was used and had hair on it. That customer complained about the room and they changed rooms. He gave me THAT same (dirty) room with a towel that was used and had hair on it. I was too damm tired to go back and TRY to cancel the res. I did not think it was professional
