It was very nice. Staff was excellent. Only problem we had was the floor was very dirty. But we called about the floors and they sent someone up at night. Then our last night there were ppl hanging outside door having a get together until 2am. But otherwise it was nice and the beds were comfortable. My kids had a good stay as well.

The room itself was ok. Had a musty smell but it was clean. Outside was a whole other story. Transient people sleeping in their cars, dirty parking lot and lots of noise. There were people fighting and you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms. I didn’t it feel safe at this place, they need security!

I selected and paid for a King Suite room, however when I checked in, I was told that the room showed up in their system as a queen room. After showing the front desk my receipt that shows I paid for a king room. The worker said “Expedia shows all the rooms as king rooms and that it’s a 3rd party issue.” After showing him that Expedia does in fact list both king and Queen and options and again my receipt of what I paid for and simply asking for the room I selected and paid for he said they were out of rooms. The rooms look NOTHING like the photos and my room had a very horrible odor. The bed is hard as a rock. The bathroom toilet was filthy. I don’t know how this property has such high reviews. DO NOT BOOK HERE

The room that I first got into way very dirty, there was hair on the comforter and around the room in random places. The chairs in the room were dirty and covered in stains. There was some damage to the room and even the headboard was unscrewed from the wall. The place just felt gross. I ended up moving rooms and the second room was better but the floor felt dirty I kept my socks on and when I looked at them they had dirt and grim on the bottom. The door was hard to open I had to throw my body against it to get the key to work because just it unlocking with the key was not enough. I almost could not get in at one point and had to push against it four times before it opened. The boot on of the front door and bathroom door was peeling up and there was a big hole in one of the closet doors. I know some things they cannot help because some people do not care about rooms they stay in but it could have been cleaner.

The room was fine. The view we had was a wall. It was very noisy. We could hear everything happening around us. The family upstairs was very loud and their tv was on most of the night. You can hear anyone talking in the halls. The bed was comfortable and kitchen was clean.

The room was dirty. There were hair strands in the towels in the bathroom and in the bed. It seemed like they were not changed from the previous guest. Staff was polite and courteous.

Stay was ok for a few night. Very obvious people were also staying in vehicles on the property and additional people staying room right next to us. So needless to say a little loud some nights. conversation and doors slamming throughout the stay/night. They will monitor towel use. However, we stayed here based on convenience, there was a kitchen and full fridge which was nice and convenient but there is a Dennys and black bear dinner, Taco Bell and jack in box close by.

Our hotel stay was wonderful. Checkout was extremely fast. The only thing I wished they had was an elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and had to carry up heavy luggage.

No place to sit because all the chairs are broke and they’re very slow to replace them. No hot water. They must be using a hot water tank the size of one of those large coffee dispensers.

Solo puedo decir que no esta como en las fotos de publicidad, sabanas manchadas habia una cucaracha y batallamos tanto por que nos prestaran una escoba para poder barrer ya que dijeron que iran a barrer desde las 10 am y eran las 5 pm y no habian ido entonces optamos por esperar al chico de la noche y el fue quien no la presto estubimos 5 dias.. Pero igual si vas de paso el hotel saca del apuro ..
