The base of the bed was broken or not right. Loud and Noisy at every movement and turn. When I reported it to the desk in the morning the employee didn’t acknowledge in any way! A hotel I have been going to for years has made it my last time! The food in the restaurant has dropped in quality but not in price dramatically.

Billing itself as an upscale hotel, there was room for considerable improvement. Slow checkin, no explanation of services. No soap at the sink in room, had to lean into the shower to access the gel anchored to the loosely installed wall. Two towels to share, a handtowel for bath mat, the conditioner had emulsified and wouldn't come out of the container, also anchored to the loose shower Paid for an aqua room with an obstructed and distant water view.. Honestly, dont bother. Odd lighting in the room, very dark. Comfy bed. See photos.

Used the online check in with QR code which was very seamless. When we got to our room, we found the bathroom mirror was not clean, one of the glasses still had lip marks on it, there was still garbage on the counter from previous guest and there was a long black hair in one of the beds when we pulled the covers down and everyone in our family is blond. Very, very disappointing. Would not recommend even though it is a very modern, nicely designed and decorated hotel.

The hotel was simple but spacious and clean. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. The location was close enough to the water to enjoy beautiful sunsets, and there were plenty of parking spaces available.
