The location was perfect! Snorkeling out front was great!

The staff were fantastic. They really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort itself is average. The food was okay. The breakfast buffet food in the hot plates was not very hot, but the woman making the omelettes made a very good breakfast. The people working at the front reception desk did not know much of anything about the resort. They could never answer any of our questions and they did not know anything about the events happening at the resort. I think the reception desk should be the go to, to get your questions answered. There were a couple of staff members trying to get people involved over the week with yoga, zumba, etc. but there was very little participation. The nightly music was not the best. If you want good music, travel down the beach to the other resorts. They had some really good music.

The room was dated. For the price I expected more. The pools were clean. Mario was very attentive to my family’s needs. I had a problem with the lighting outside of my room and once I brought it to his attention he had the problem fixed immediately. I think that lighting issue should have been addressed before I checked into my room.
