Hot Tub Access – What You Need to Know - HOT TUB WILL NOT BE AVAIALBEL FOR ANY BOOKINGS FROM NOVEMBER.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: our next-door neighbour’s young child is currently unwell and usually in bed from 6pm. To be considerate, please no music outside by the hot tub and keep voices low in the evening. Also, the hot tub shouldn’t be used after 10pm.
We don’t want to spoil anyone’s fun—this home is best for couples and families rather than groups right now. If this doesn’t work for your plans, let us know straightaway and we’ll help with a free cancellation.
We want your stay to be as relaxing as possible, so here’s how hot tub access works:
The price you have paid includes the use of the Hot Tub as a complimentary service, however the Hot Tub in never available on a Wednesday as this is our cleaning day. There may also be other times it is not available due to previous guests leaving it in an unsatisfactory state, as we need 24 hours to clean, refresh and heat the Hot Tub.

In accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990 and the Noise Act 1996, noise that causes a disturbance to neighbours can be investigated by the local council’s Environmental Health Department and may result in enforcement action.
To ensure compliance:
Hot tub use is strictly prohibited after 10:00 pm.
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 pm – 8:00 am.
Loud voices, music, or gatherings outdoors during these hours are not permitted.
