Night staff was none too friendly but the real reason we changed hotels was that the room was reminiscent of a 1960's motor lodge. It was clean enough but very inconvenient amenities.

This was my second stay at Brentwood. Both times I found it to be very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. It’s a nice, quiet place to stay and economical. I will stay there again.

Have stayed many times. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is always clean. I like the check in/check out times. The parking is great. I like the breakfast hours. I like the convenience of the tunnel.

Staff were curtious and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfy. The subway connects directly to Mayo Clinics which is super helpful to not even have to go outside. Thanks for making our stay and trelatment much easier.

An older hotel, but everything was incredibly clean. The staff was very kind and helpful. Mayo subway access was excellent with the cold winter weather. Will absolutely stay here again if we have to come back to Rochester.
