The staff at the Mayo Hilton are the absolute kindest people I have ever encountered at a hotel. Seriously amazing. Everyone went above and beyond to help. The hotel is attached to a skywalk so once you arrive at the hotel you can use the valet option for your vehicle and walk to Mayo. The skywalk is filled with shops of all kinds. The skywalk is easy to navigate.

It was a good experience except for the smoke alarm chirping during the midnight hours the first night. We called the front desk first thing in the morning to come fix it and to come back to our room at 8p and it’s was still chirping.
