The maintenance man left a switch blade knife in my room on the mantel. My child had hands on it before I noticed. The maintenance man came to my door to retrieve the knife the next day and accused us of stealing another item he left in our room.

We had just come from my mother's memorial so the ocean was just what i needed. The weather was very windy and rainy so that wasnt pleasant, but the resort itself was very nice.

Beautiful view. Easy access to the beach. Pet free room for those of us with allergies. We loved our room and wished we were staying long enough to use the amenities. Check in/out service was quick and friendly. They offered board games and dvds for us to use, as well as a list of close by restaurants. The only thing that made us sad was the fireplace wasn’t functional, but just for show. Note* We requested a top floor with balcony for the view.

Pros: wonderful views, right on the water, helpful and friendly staff, everything you need in the kitchen Cons : misleading info on hotels.com: no blackout curtains in bedroom, fireplaces don’t work, kids can’t be in hot tub. We go to hotels all the time and this was the only place he couldn’t go in the hot tub: 14+ only. And my son couldn’t go in the hot tub and then when he tried to take a bath, the bathtub wouldn’t stay filled. Also, the furniture springs were completely shot, which made it very uncomfortable to sit and relax. Plus the covered balcony leaks so you can’t sit outside when it’s raining, which I enjoy.

Wonderful staff to work with

They were very accommodating. I broke my ankle earlier in our trip and they were able to move us to a ground floor room. The beach access was amazing. We will be back when I can actually walk on the beach.

This was the best “get away” for our Idaho family! We were able to celebrate 3 family birthdays all in the comforts of an ocean view. The employees were amazing! The pool was perfect for the family get away! Definitely the “place” for family vacation!! Or even just a getaway for a couple honeymooners! This was a 10/10 experience & made things a bit more magical for my kiddos who have only been to the ocean one other time! We spend 6 nights and we didn’t even check everything off our Oregon sites to be seen! Will definitely be returning!

Great place right on the ocean. The room was huge & would be perfect for a family. Kitchen was stocked w/ pots,& pans, utensils, plates, glasses, coffee maker, wine open, toaster, even had a pizza cutter. Everything was exceptionally clean & well taken care of & though it is older still feels very clean.

The ladies at the front desk were so sweet and welcoming! The property really has convenience and customer service down. There was a list of local restaurants given to us at check in, they have DVDs and board games you can borrow from the front desk, and the rooms had a fantastic view with everything you could need for your stay. Definitely a place I'd recommend for families or couples.
