The location was very convenient to downtown Knoxville (15 minutes). The grounds were very pretty with lots of outdoor seating. Indoors was also very spacious with a very bright and sunny game room. The 2.5 baths was convenient for our family. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies for cooking and eating. The horses, birds, and other wildlife was an extra special touch.

We loved our stay at the Yellow Teacup! The house was so fun and had everything you could need. Very clean. We enjoyed the beautiful property with views of wild turkeys and neighbor horses that were a big hit with the 13 year old. Definitely would come here again!

The host was absolutely amazing. Quick to respond and she had lots of great ideas we could do as a family. The cottage was adorable with comfy beds, lots of room and all the amenities you need! The outdoor space was amazing and the pleasure of being able to enjoy the animals on the farm was so soothing for all of us 6 plus our dog. Would highly recommend and would go back to stay again.

We were 3 professional men here for the music festival. We spent very little time here except to sleep and shower. Two of the bedrooms have insuite bathrooms, leaving the person in the other bedroom going into the other bedroom to use the toilet. I’m not fond of single ply toilet paper, but otherwise the place was roomy, charming and quiet.
