I love this place! The mattress is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. The jetted tub? Perfection. The decor? Absolutely charming. Definitely will continue to stay. Quiet, clean, awesome!

We left halfway through the night as the air-conditioning is temperature controlled and not low enough to effectively cool the room. It was sweltering and no fan. The bathroom floor is also dangerous as the water doesn't drain. The manager didn't care or offer a refund

There were cockroaches all over the tea and coffee making facilities, which I have video evidence of. It was like something out of a horror movie. Also, the windows didn't open, and the room badly needed airing out as it had a gross, musty smell.

Quaint Rooms with fantastic restaurant opposite

We booked a lovely room for one night on our week long road trip from Brisbane to Airlie Beach. The room was exactly what we expected, really quaint and ideal for one night. We asked the receptionist if she could recommend anywhere nearby to have a great steak and were recommended to the Great Western, directly opposite the hotel, which was very lively and served fantastic food. As an added bonus, as we were able to walk to the restaurant, I was able to have a drink with my meal.
