When I arrive at a hotel in the United States of America I certainly do not appreciate being greeted with Arabic music. I was also greeted by two very large bugs in my room. The breakfast was not worth 10 cent. This was my fifth and last stay at this hotel. I travel to the Middle East if I want to be surrounded by Arabs.

Won’t be staying at this hotel again. We came with our parents to visit family. The first room they gave us the door wouldn’t close. They put us in a different room. The front desk associate did inform us upon check in that the dish workers were working on the tv service so the tvs would be out for a few hours. The tv didn’t work the entire day. The next day the dish folks came to change out the box and the tv still didn’t work. On top of that, it’s a non smoking hotel but people were smoking in the rooms near us so we could smell it in ours. The sitting areas near the pool had old food trash and grills. The tub had hair in it. It was a lot! I will not be staying here again.
