Property manager Ramses was not helpful. The room had only 2 towels in the room, and they were dirty. The manager gave me 2 wash cloths and two towels. I asked for a 3rd towel and he told me to use the dirty towel that was in the room to use as the floor towel. I had to clean the tub myself and it was so dirty that you could smell the funk as I cleaned it. The bed was higher at the foot than the head and the smell of smoke/weed was immediate once you entered the non-smoking room. I wouldn’t stay there again if they paid me. Not to mention, people were hanging out all night and it was scary because you couldn’t tell if you were about to get robbed or not.

The room was not made when we walked in. The nice gentleman at the lobby changed us room. He was very nice and apologetic of the first room dirtyness. Got us into another room which was clean. The breakfast was tinny and not very with not a bunch of variety and not very appetizing.

Overall pretty much fine, not the cleanest room I've stayed in, and there were burns in the blanket and comforter clearly from a past smoker, even though it was a no-smoking room.

Soon as I went in the room the microwave wave food from somebody who previously stayed in there before me and there were underwear in the bathroom from also somebody that previously stayed there!!!!!

The checkout time on here states noon (12pm). At 10:30am house keeping entered my room while I was still sleeping. Again at 11:15am house keeping knocked and attempted to enter my room but I had put the extra locks on the door. This has happened twice before as well.

Thi property was a OK! Outside and surrounding area were good. Def an easy off and on I95. We booked the only jetted tub room. It was nice, needed more towels and garbage bins

Bedding was dirty and had burn holes all over them like someone was killing bedbugs. Asked front desk for another room and he said he didn’t have anymore 2 beds and he’ll bring more blankets. He never came so I ended up going down stairs and asked for a refund and he told me i had to call Expedia and then tried to give me another room he just happened to have available. I called Expedia and when they called him to get the cancellation info he wouldn’t answer the phone.
