Pietro you will find a welcoming accommodation in a quiet, recently renovated 65 m2 area, from which you can reach most of the historic sites of the Eternal City on foot or comfortably by public transport (bus, train-station FS-e metro) .There are 2 spacious bedrooms (one double and one with 2 single beds) equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioners and televisions. Wi-fi, independent heating and 2 bathrooms (one large and the other one of service) complete the accommodation. Although small, the kitchen has a table suitable for breakfast and culinary breaks; it is equipped with accessories and appliances (microwave oven, toaster, juicer and kettle + washing machine). If you love walking in the green, a short distance away is the wonderful Villa Panphili and, if you want to reach the sea, with 20 minutes by train you will be on our coast !! See you there !!

Great location and responsive hostWe had a pleasant stay overall. The location was excellent—convenient and easy to get around. The host was very responsive and made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The kitchen was well-equipped with nearly everything we needed, which was a nice touch. The only downside was the pillows—only one was comfortable, and the rest could use an upgrade. Also worth noting: access to the small bathroom is through the kitchen and balcony, which might be a bit awkward for some. Otherwise, a solid stay!Let me know if you'd like to adjust the tone—more casual, humorous, or formal.

Excellent Place

This is literally 3 blocks to the Vatican with two very clean and large bedrooms. Kitchen, balcony, utility room with toilet and sink, full large bathroom with super shower. Took a few minutes once I found the building to find the unit but great place.
