Nice apartment
The owner, Antonio, was very kind and excellent communicator. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood away from tourists, yet, there are restaurants, coffee shop(s), mini market within comfortable walking distance. In a matter of fact there is a very nice restaurant-would definitely recommend it-under the building.
The apartment was comfortable and clean, situated on fourth floor. Needed to make multiple trips, four of us with our carry ons while using the tiny elevator. Unfortunately, it was rather noisy couple of nights since people tend to congregate on sidewalk and talk rather loud way past 1:00/2:00 AM.
One negative were the shower stalls. Extremely tiny. I'm physically slim, and yet, had great difficulty maneuvering within that space.
The coffee machine did not work which we alerted Antonio, and to our surprise, he arranges a replacement machine delivered while we were out. That was extremely nice!

Muy recomendable
El apartamento es muy bonito y tiene todas las comodidades. Hemos estado como en casa. El trato con el propietario ha sido muy fácil desde el principio y se ha preocupado por saber si habíamos llegado bien y si todo estaba en orden. Además, está bien situado tanto para llegar a la estación Termini como para ir a la zona turística. Sin duda, repetiría en este alojamiento y lo recomiendo sin dudarlo.
