This was a great hotel for our 3 day stay in Rome. Everything from the room to staff to breakfast was awesome. The hotel itself is in a nice location, close to all sightseeing activities. I loved the garden area, we hung out on the swing several times during out stay. Will definitely come back

This hotel is overrated. It really only deserves a three-star rating and does not meet four-star standards at all. The location is very inconvenient. Although there is a free shuttle bus, it only runs once an hour and can accommodate a maximum of eight people. Once it’s full, you have to wait another hour for the next shuttle. The Wi-Fi quality is extremely poor—there is virtually no internet connection in the rooms. Overall, it is not worth the price we paid for a four-star hotel.

Clean room, amenities were great and with a safe & a fridge it was an ideal stay. The location was a problem as relying on the buses was a headache at times (they turn up when they want to) but it was doable. I wouldn't stay again purely for the location. Everything else was top notch.

This place is truly a gem, located just about 30 minutes from the airport. The management is doing an excellent job — for the price I paid, they really made me feel valued. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic and helpful, especially when assisting with bookings. I didn’t encounter any unwelcoming gestures during my stay. There’s a great variety of food options, and as an Expedia member, I even received two complimentary bar drinks, which was a nice touch. The room came with a bathrobe and slippers, and it was clear they put effort into making it look clean and inviting. I appreciated having my own fridge stocked with free sparkling and still water, plus a station where you can refill your bottles. Overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely bring my parents here when they visit the Vatican City. Lovely people, meal and place. I hope they wont change.
