This place is truly a gem, located just about 30 minutes from the airport. The management is doing an excellent job — for the price I paid, they really made me feel valued. The staff were genuinely enthusiastic and helpful, especially when assisting with bookings. I didn’t encounter any unwelcoming gestures during my stay. There’s a great variety of food options, and as an Expedia member, I even received two complimentary bar drinks, which was a nice touch. The room came with a bathrobe and slippers, and it was clear they put effort into making it look clean and inviting. I appreciated having my own fridge stocked with free sparkling and still water, plus a station where you can refill your bottles. Overall, a wonderful experience that exceeded my expectations. I will definitely bring my parents here when they visit the Vatican City. Lovely people, meal and place. I hope they wont change.

AMAZING hotel, staff, and stay. Emanuele checked me into the hotel. He was very kind and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. I stayed in 6 different hotels on this vacation. Massimi City Garden was my favorite. In my opinion, it is a 5 star hotel. If I go back to Rome, I will definitely stay there again, and I will definitely recommend… I already have! The hotel was amazing, the staff was very friendly. My only complaint was that we were there for a short time. We stayed at many hotels throughout Rome and I wish we had more days there.

We stayed for 3 nights before getting on our cruise. This hotel is lovely, a bit outside of busy center of Rome. Our room was clean, bright and very comfortable. There is a small restaurant on site with a master chef creating delicious food. The staff are very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems. We were more than happy we had picked this hotel.
