Great location right by Roma Termini. The staff (Alouddin) were great, very responsive to messages. The room was clean and a decent size for 2 (twin beds). Highly recommended.

Close to train station (less than a 10 minute walk) and close to the Colosseo (15-20 minute walk). Staff was friendly and accommodating- after check out we could leave our luggage while we were out all day and collect it before going back to the train. Water kettle in the room. Breakfast included meat and cheese and boiled eggs! Room was like a college dorm room - sufficient. A/C was rattling - otherwise no issues.

5 minute walk to train station

Stayed one night to catch the Leonardo Express train to Fiumicino Airport the next morning. 5 minute walk to the train station. Hotel served its purpose for us.

Good space for one night

Overall the stay was good and fairly clean. It was what was needed for one night. The floors were peeling and coming apart and didn’t look very clean. The rest of the space was clean. Good a/c unit. Easy check-in process.

Quick last minute stay

Just needed an inexpensive place to stay near the train station. I booked the twin room.Room was good size although the bathroom was quite small. The sink was very, very small and the faucet was on the side making it hard to wash and not get water on the floor. The shower head was old and not removable.They wouldn't change our towels. You get your own keys to come and go when you want. There's no fridge in room.

Bare bones facility. Needed three keys to get into hotel and rooms. The lock was tricky and if you had to exit in a hurry I think that it would pose a safety risk.

Convenient location

I chose this hotel based on location close to Roma Termini. Upon check in, they had my reservation name, but put us in a double. They also said I had to pay for the room in which I had prepaid on Orbitz for a triple. I showed my email confirmation and that I had paid already. After a phone call and wait, we were given the room. Pretty unhappy that Orbitz stated that the hotel had a triple, one double bed and one twin bed. Hence I paid for an advertised triple but only got a double. Shame on Orbitz and I am sure Orbitz is keeping the difference in price since we only got a double. The room and bathroom were clean. Surprised to not find a bidet in the bathroom. and the bathroom had a clear window in the shower in which I could be viewed by anyone. The hotel was loud in the late evening (12am - 4am), not a great place to get sleep. I would not stay here again.

Great staff and location

BB is located really near metro and is acceasible by a 5mn walk. Olga and her staff were extremely nice and seemed to cater to all the guests. BB was a great value for the price. Room was clean and comfortable. I would love to stay there again!

Good location to explore Rome

Our stay at the Oasis was an excellent experience. We were made extremely welcome by the staff and its location was very good for transport and sightseeing. The owner of the Oasis was an excellent and caring host.

Good position near the Termini station in a fairly mixed area. Small room and unacceptably small bathroom. Rather ordinary breakfast which was reasonable value at €5. This establishment does not really have a lot to recommend it although the owner was pleasant enough

Convenient location near Roma Termini & nice host

The hotel is more like a guest house and the host Olga is a very nice person. The Roma Termini station is just a five minute walk (two blocks or so). The room is a bit small, but most facilities are compactly packed into the room. Breakfast is good and is on single dining table beside Olga's room / office. Definitely good memories from the stay. Olga and her daughter in law Rachel also helped us a lot as our luggage had not arrived from the airport due to the Ground Care strike at Italy - all flights from asia and east europe were affected - we are going now to pick up our baggage ourselves-tough experience. Hosts speak mostly Italian - very little English - but we were able to communcate with sign language for basics and the amazing Google translate App. Hosts let us leave our luggage despite check out and helped us interact with Airport authorities.

charming B&B

Bit difficult to locate (ring the bell on the front street to be let in and then proceed through the courtyard to the second door onthe left. Four flights up.) Owner Olga is very accomodating dispite knowing no English. A small but adequate breakfast is provided 8:00 to 10:00.

Great stay at Olga's B&B

We were very happy with B&B Oasi. Olga is delightful, her English is better than our Italian, but we got by with some laughs. You will have to climb 6 or 7 steps and then there is a lift. Breakfast was excellent. The place was very clean and convenient to (Termini) train, bus and sights to see. Olga arranged a car to pick us up at the airport and another to take us to the Tiburtina station when we left. We could have used fresh towels a day sooner than scheduled, but really we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

A Great B&B Near Termini Station

B&B Oasi is a very basic accommodation, run by a very pleasant woman named Olga. While it doesn't provide the full amenities and ambiance of a hotel, the accommodation is more than adequate if you just want a clean, safe place to sleep in a convenient location. It's located very close to Termini Station - the neighborhood is a bit seedy, but the convenience of being a 5 minute walk from the station and the intersection of the two metro lines more than makes up for it. The B&B is located in a classic old apartment block with a courtyard, which I actually found to be very cool. The room was clean and comfortable, the price was very reasonable, and Olga goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable.

Excellent service in good location

A small but very nice B&B with good prices and excellent service. We stayed over a weekend "off season" and choose B&B Oasi partly because it's locatated close to Termini (central station). The room was pretty small but had everything you can expect in a B&B. The female owner was most kind and very friendly, did really want to help us and we felt very welcome. Breakfast is good. If we go back to Rome another time we will absolutly consider booking B&B Oasi again
