Infelizmente o problema foi no check-in, não houve nenhuma instrução para combinar o recebimento das chaves então ficamos na rua com as malas e sem orientação. Quando conseguimos falar com alguém responsável por telefone a pessoa só disse que não tinha nossa reserva. Após passado o número da nossa reserva pediu para nos irmos para um bar e esperar por uma hora pela pessoa que chegaria com as chaves. Parece incrível mas foi real.
