Nice place to stay if you don’t want to be in the city

This property was a nice stay for 10 days. It was a little drive to the city so prepare to take 20 min Ubers which can be kind of pricey unless you want to take the 1hr train ride to the city. It got kind of loud at night , even with the doors and windows closed but that’s out of the owners control, I know. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. The mattresses and pillows weren’t the most comfortable but it was fine for the stay. There was lots of space to commune in the kitchen which we used a lot. There’s a grocery store nearby that you can go to. The only real issue was the trash. There are specific pickup days and if you miss the “mixed trash” pick up , it’s not for another week. Overall , I would stay here again if in the area:) the host had great communication the entire time and the check in process was very simple

Awesome Place

Plenty of room for 8 couples. Host was very accommodating and worked through the check in with us since we had three different arrival times. Apartment is completely renovated. Will stay here again when in Rome.

Graduation Excursion

Property was as described; very clean and neat. Communication with Annamaria was easy. Her responsiveness and willingness to accommodate our requests was great. Without traffic, day trip to Rome is about 20min, so plan transportation accordingly. Wi-Fi connection upstairs was great, but downstairs was spotty at times. Mattresses could be improved, but overall I would definitely recommend this property.

Accurate description of property, extremely responsive owner whose open to suggestions about the property to accommodate international travellers. Renting a car? It's a 15-20 minute ride to Rome without traffic so plan trips accordingly.

Vacation in Rome

Property was nice, clean and communication with the property owner was easy and efficient. Things that need to be improved : Wi-Fi connection ( very weak) and better mattresses. Location was good.
