Bad Communication. Good Location.

Overall, the place was fine. It looked like the photos and was in a good location within walking distance to the bus stop, grocery, and restaurants. Check in: The check in time was 2pm, we arrived at 2:40pm and the apartment was not close to ready, with the cleaner still inside. We had to leave the apartment for at least an hour. Cleanliness: The apartment was a bit musty, we had the fan on always to try to make it better. There was only 2 rolls of toilet paper (not sufficient for the time stayed). Some more shower soap and shampoo would have been appreciated. Finally, there was zero cleaning supplies (no scrubber, no soap), we had to go buy those for the place ourselves. Communication: Communication with the host was completely automated, meaning we could not communicate through the Vrbo app. If you attempted to, they said they respond within up to 48h and proceed to request that you email them about the inquiry- overall making the communication process quite difficult, slow, and simply impractical if your staying for a short period.
