We stayed for 6 days, there was no housekeeping to change towels or sheets. The floors needed a sweeping but there were no cleaning supplies or brooms. Our unit had a washing machine but no dryer. The list of amenities say there is an espresso machine but there was only a kettle. Only hand soap and 1 roll of toilet paper was supplied in the bathroom, no other toiletries. The front staff only spoke Italian and the online contact did not provide any assistance after several emails asking for a laundry location.
