Beautiful property, excellent location, very close of Piazza Navona, 25 min. Walking to Vaticano, 15 min walking to Trevi Fountain and Pantheon, a lot of options to eat nearby, however that also causes it to be very noise day and night.

The room is nice and clean. It is very close of Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain and Pantheon. 25 min walking to Vaticano. A lot options for breakfast and dinner. However, since it is surrounded by many restaurants, there is a lot of noise day and night.

Absolutely loved it here! Would have loved to stay longer as it was in the perfect location - close to everything, but with its own tucked away neighborhood. The Daplace - La Mongolfiera Rooms were just what we hoped for and expected It was quite a busy area but we didn't mind the commotion The staff (Natalia I think?) was very helpful and got us checked in even though it was off-hours and we couldn't complete the online check in ahead of time due to travel with no internet Our group stayed in Rooms 411 & 412 and we found them clean and well cared for The only complaint was a street cat that kept waking us up one of the nights They must've had a talk with it because it was much better behaved the second night Thank you - we would definitely recommend the La Mongolfiera Rooms!!

My mother and I had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we were able to store our bags both before and after checkout which was very helpful. The room was clean, cute and very comfortable. It is right in the center so there is some street noise but this is to be expected and certainly worth the trade off for the location. Importantly, air conditioner worked great and kept room nice and cool during a heat wave. I would certainly stay here again! One note that while there is an elevator, you do have to take one flight of stairs up, the take elevator a few doors, then one more flight of stairs so just keep this in mind if you have mobility challenges or a lot of luggage.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night. Location is perfect and was perfect for a 1 night stay. Staff was very welcoming & property was nice. Great location and a very friendly host. We were very impressed with the room and hotel reception and it exceeded our expectations. Lots of restaurants nearby and quite easy to get to the more touristy spots. It can be a bit noisy on a night due to street musicians but the hotel provided ear plugs.

This hotel is in a great location, please2 blocks from P. Navonna in an ancient building with different hotels/apartments on each floor. Hotel reception is on the 4th floor and the staff were fabulous- very attentive, pleasant, and helpful. We stayed in 2 beautiful, large, very clean rooms on thr 3rd floor. The a/c worked very well and amenities were great. The issue we had was that you enter on floor 0 and the elevator is on floor 1 so you have to lug your luggage up one flight of stairs to the tiny but reliable elevator. The other issue is that the common areas, lobby and stairs are filthy. I expect that on the streets of Rome, but not in a hotel former. When I first opened the main door I thought it was a dump. However, this hotel was spotless- once I made it to my rooms.

Clean room, great area, but staff was very unhelpful. We were told they would be able to assist with transportation for our next destination when I asked days in advance. I had initially messaged the property with no response, and then asked again over 24 hours prior to our departure for help. I was told the person at the front desk would help the morning of checkout. Unfortunately, the entire time we stayed here we never saw any staff aside from checking in, and on the morning of our checkout we could not find any staff or reach any staff. Unfortunately ended up missing our train and put a delay in our travel plans.
