Small room, mediocre location, but friendly staff!

Our room was incredibly small, almost uncomfortably so, but it was clean and visually pleasing. We were a little confused about the check in process at first (as I have only ever booked regular hotels that have staff on site 24/7, and I didn't realize this was closer to like a managed Air Bnb), but the staff member who helped us check in and out was very accommodating and super friendly. We were a little further away from the main sight seeing areas, but still within a reasonable walking distance for most. Our biggest complaints would be the very poor (almost non-existent) wifi and the ridiculous amounts of noise/rowdiness outside on the streets until the very early morning hours (which may be typical of all of Rome? or maybe it was that specific area...I wouldn't know).

Not a good part of town. Location near train station but the area is dirty. Not the section where you want to walk around and get lost in small streets of Rome. The hotel is a personal apartment that was converted into 7 hotel rooms. Not a traditional hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. The staff/ manager was super friendly and welcoming which was the best part of the stay!

Our stay was very comfortable. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Size of room for 4 (executive suite) was perfect. Plenty of storage space. The room was clean. Amenities provided were good. Check in was fast and quick. Staff communicated well. Recommend getting WhatsApp prior to arrival to inform them of your arrival as check in is within a time frame window. Great location for walking to Roma Termini, about 10mins, if planning to visit other cities in Italy. Several restaurant to have lunch/dinner near by. Overall, we are pleased with our stay and will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

Perfect

The receptionist was so kind and helpful. The suites are located on the second floor of a building on a busy street. Despite the location, the room was surprisingly quiet and I was able to sleep. The location was great for walking and eating. My room was a bit small, but perfect for 1 person. Thank you again for the hospitality.

The steps to the elevator were hard to climb with luggage. Elevator could only hold 2 people with 2 large luggage No lobby but the check in lady was very nice and helpful

It was beautiful and the perfect one night stay for my boyfriend and I! It’s very close to the coliseum and not too far from any other historic places to see. The restaurant recommendations were also perfect and close by!

The property is conveniently located about a 10 minute walk from Roma Termini and about 15 minutes to the Colosseum. There were numerous small restaurants nearby and a small grocery store. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint was the chandelier. It rattled a lot, which made it difficult for me to sleep without earplugs. It didn't bother my kids though.

The property Manager was terrific . The room however was very noisy guests were talking on phones outside my room. Property manager took care of it but the walls are super thin . Also people walking on streets yelling you can hear did not sleep well at all . The place was located in a great area . The property manager was the highlight she was so nice !!!
