Отличные апартаменты!!!

Отличные апартаменты, все чисто аккуратно, сделан современный ремонт, новая мебель, много шкафов, тумбочек, где можно хранить вещи. Есть все необходимое для комфортного проживания : в каждой комнате есть кондиционер , телевизоры, холодильник, стиральная машина, плита, духовой шкаф, кофе машина , чайник ,посуда, утюг гладильная доска, фен для волос, полотенца , постельные принадлежности, большой балкон где вечерами приятно посидеть, отличный Wi-fi. Место положение очень удобное, рядом рынок, где можно купить: свежую рыбы, мясо, сыр, овощи, фрукты, хлеб. Так же есть супермаркет Todis с очень демократичными ценами , отличная пиццерия Romolo e Luigi. До станции 5-7 минут, чтобы добраться до Рима, до моря 15 минут , прямо по улице попадаете на бесплатный пляж (очень чистый и ухоженный) Очень внимательная хозяйка Antonella, всегда на связи, поможет по любому вопросу, подскажет где что находится, от общения только приятные впечатления. Из маленьких недочётов, сложно отрегулировать температуры воды в душе, и нам не хватало посудомоечной машины. Всем рекомендую данные апартаменты!!!

Clean and modern

This apartment is super clean and modern with everything you need for holiday. Plenty of room to store clothes and toiletries etc. In a lovely residential area with plenty of information on local area and places to eat. It takes a good 20 minutes to walk to the main seafront and town area but mostly flat so a pleasant walk. Train station is 10 mins in the other direction with trains every 15 mins straight into Rome. The only negatives are that parking can be tricky in the evenings when everyone returns from work and the shower temperature was either freezing or red hot - was very hard to find a temperature you could stand under. Would definitely stay here again.

Very nice apartment, conveniently located

We enjoyed our stay a lot. Antonella is a very attentive host, and everything from booking to checkout worked perfectly. The apartment is modern and clean with a large beautiful terrace, and conveniently located with access to supermarktes, restaurants, the city center and Lido Nord station close by. From there, you can reach Rome in about half an hour by train. We definitely recommend staying with Antonella!
