The staff are incredibly helpful. The hotel is well kept inside. Location is central to so many historical sites. The internet is unstable and goes in and out. Us ItTaxi to get around with most rides under 20 us dollars

The property has a beautiful entrance. Loved the style and the staff was friendly and helpful. They “upgraded” our room but I am not sure I liked that room layout as well as the one I booked. The WiFi did not work well at all and neither did our AC. Our room was hot and we would try to lower it and it never kicked on. The location was excellent.

Great central location. The room was beautiful and clean. Only two complaints. It is a very noisy area and the room was too warm and we couldn’t find any temperature controls. Both made sleeping difficult.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. My TV did not work the entire stay even thought several people tried to fix it. The last night water was coming down the wall from the room above the bathroom. Their idea of a fix was to put towels down on the floor.
