    The property is good. But there are some ameniies that are missing. On our 2nd day of stay, there is no hot water and the water and very cold. On our 3rd day up to last day of stay, above guest is very noisy at night. They are moving furnitures everywhere. But the housekeeping is good.

    La camera sembrava un orfanotrofio degli anni '50. Tende e letti logori e strappati. Nessuna protezione o copertura del materasso. Un sottile lenzuolino fungeva sia da coprimaterasso che da lenzuola...Water sporco. Ristorante e bar pubblicizzati, entrambi chiusi. Altro che hotel a 3 stelle!

    Sono già stato in questo albergo sei mesi fa e ho notato dei miglioramenti. Sia nella camera che in bagno che nelle aree comuni Inoltre Il personale è molto gentile, la colazione offre un'ampia scelta per tutti ma non considera le ipotesi di persone vegane quali siamo noi

    Dopo aver pagato il pernottamento su Agoda, arrivo in hotel e sono costretto a pagare nuovamente. Già questo è scorretto e forse illegale! Ma sono una persona mite e soprassiedo dando per buona la giustificazione di non aver ricevuto da settimane i pagamenti dall'intermediario. Spaventosamente scorretto e certamente illegale è pretendere il pagamento di un prezzo più alto di quello concordato e pagato. Fortunatamente Agoda mi ha rimborsato tutto. Resta la scorrettezza del Colony

    Una brutta esperienza. Ho dovuto pagare due volte per un problema tra l'app su cui ho prenotato e l'hotel, che ha approfittato della situazione per farci pagare un'altra volta, a un prezzo più alto, la camera già pagata. Hanno sfruttato la situazione per guadagnare di più. Se fossero state persone oneste, ci avrebbero avvisato e avremmo prenotato in un altro albergo; ci hanno fatto sapere solo all'arrivo in hotel. E adesso ancora non riesco a recuperare i soldi pagati in più. Una brutta esperienza. Mai capitata una cosa del genere con un albergo. P
