We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Palace. The hotel is beautifully located, making it easy to explore the city while still feeling like a relaxing retreat. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a restful stay. What really made the experience stand out was the staff — everyone was warm, attentive, and truly went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. A special mention to Manuel, who surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine in our room — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we look forward to coming back!

A nice hotel but probably would not be considered 5 star according to Australian standard. Having a balcony however is a luxury in Rome and that did not disappoint.

The service was amazing! We needed to drop off our luggage early in the morning and they found a room for us instead. Every employee we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The area was great and very walkable. We’d stay again

A beautiful property and a great neighborhood. But the best feature was the hotel staff, especially at the front desk. Super helpful with check in, a lunch reservation at a nearby restaurant, and a late check out. All while being super friendly and professional.
