Check in was easy. Close to many restaurants and 15 min. walk to Termini station. Room was clean. Could use a mirror above the desk and a full length mirror on the wall. Minor detail but helpful to us American women that like to see our outfits from shoulders to feet.

Beautiful newly remodeled rooms, owner was super nice and helpful. He pointed out sights, restaurants, and even provided an outlined map. The only negative was that the pullout couch was very uncomfortable but other than that it was an excellent place to stay.

This wasn’t a typical hotel and it was a bit odd. But, it worked for our last minute booking and the price fit our budget. The hotel desk is not 24 hours so I’m glad gentleman at the desk waited for us and was very nice and professional. The room was small but clean and comfortable. We didn’t spend much time in it anyway. We walked from the train station which was farther than GPS made it seem, especially with our luggage. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Overall good stay

Nice place to stay for a couple days on a budget. The room was clean, the area was quiet, the A/C worked well and OMG the bed was so comfy; the mattress was firm and the pillows were this dense memory foam. I slept like a log every night. The drywall where the shower head went into the wall was damaged so it was kind of hanging and wobbly but didn’t affect use. There was also a smoked cigarette in the bathroom trash when I arrived but I didn’t notice that until the second day. The host/receptionist was very nice, quickly available and helpful.

Junior Studio Suite with balcony was a small but neat and tidy room with a great size bathroom. Excellent service from the staff at reception. Property is in a great location, only 15 minutes walking distance to the Spanish Steps and other tourist attractions. Nice and quiet area compared to other parts of Rome and very easy area to navigate public transport to and from when required. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, a decent experience. They were very helpful with an issue I had outside of the hotel. The experience fell short when the remote for the ac did not work. They claimed that it worked before my arrival. They were quick to respond by text yet when I tried to use the batteries from the TV remote, there were none. I don’t feel I was told the truth. When I later expressed my concern, I was answered with excuses. Mistakes happens it’s how it’s dealt with that matters. I wasn’t asking for a refund yet I did believe that a fair compensation was in order for having to sleep in heat & humidity. I would not stay here again.

Our flight got in early in the morning. We went to check in to the room and realized it wasn’t even a hotel with a front desk/reception. Couldn’t gain access to the building at all. We were strained on the streets so we decided to book another hotel completely because we had no other options. Very upsetting arrival to Rome.

We had a lot of difficulty with communicating with emails and we’re told by the staff that no one checked them over the weekend. This proved a problem when trying to organise an airport transfer that they had initially offered. Otherwise reasonably sized clean rooms. Not close to any train stations therefore found ourselves walking a lot however we enjoyed that.

Highly recommend if staying in Rome

It was a large apparent (3 rooms) converted into small apt (1 room) for rent (no kitchen!), located on the 3rd floor - building as has a lift. Room very spacious, clean, modern. It had small fridge, nespresso machine and kettle. Only thing we were missing there was the cabinet for clothes so we had to keep them in our cases but there were plenty hangers for clothes. Very quiet area with nice pizzeria on the corner (Foodisfaction) and 2 coffeehouses in the same building. Walking distance to city center, Spanish Steps (15min), Colosseum (35min), Roma Termini (15min). It was so convenient location that we haven't used public transport at all - only to get to the airport. It has a quite early check out time 10:30 but we were able to leave our luggage and have it collected later during the day. We have spent great time there and if back in Rome that would be our first choice to consider.
