The staff in general were very nice and very helpful, the only negative is checkout time was noon and we had people knocking out our door at 10 AM asking about us checking out.

This property is tired and needs some money invested into it. The staff, however, is wonderful! They efficiently deal with non-stop, mass arrivals 24/7 and watching this is entertaining, in and of itself. Bus service is extremely efficient and handy. Not much to do during a layover, though.

Aparently the bottom of the chair was broken, he sat down and the entite chair flipper over. Had a heck of a time getting him off of the floor

The toilet ran all night, the room was dirty, the phone was sticky and covered with jam. The place was packed with tourists hauling big suitcases. It was like being in a bus station. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. There were virtually no services. No one to help bring your bags in. Great spot to sleep one night before starting a vacation, but hardly seemed to be of Hilton quality.

We arrived around 9:30 in the morning after disembarking from our cruise. We had reservations but the hotel would not give us a room unless we paid 50 Euros extra. We did not want to pay extra and had to sit in the lobby until we asked for a room at 2:00 and got one. My husband said other people were getting rooms and not paying extra. I had to ask for a room to get one at 1 hour before check in time. I think we should have been offered a room as soon as others were getting one without paying extra but we were not offered a room.

Convenient to FCO

Perfect place to stay when traveling out of FCO. Very close and has an airport shuttle so you can avoid the extra fee of a taxi. Has a nice bar area and restaurant with pretty good selection of food.

Maybe a 2 star but definitely not a 4

The hotel had terrible beds- all worn out and when you sit in them they sink down. The walls were peeling and there was mold around the bathroom shower.

I loved the closeness of the hotel to the airport! The shuttle runs every 15 minutes 24/7! The shuttle delivered us directly to terminal 3. We just had to cross the street and go up the escalator. So easy!! I didn’t like that the rooms have no carpet! That meant cold feet first thing in the morning! 😢
