Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The property is beautiful from outside. After we checked in, our rooms were incredibly hot, but was told that the hotel doesn't not turn center air on and the staff brough a fan to our room. The fan was noisy and had little air so we didn't use it. We opened the room window and let some cool air in, but below our window was the court yard and other visitors were smoking outside of our window. at night it was incredibly hot and none of us got much sleep. Dining option was limited. Food was pricy and the portion was small. My seafood pasta had no visible seafood in it, and the price tag was 30 Euro. Comparing to our dining experience at other nice hotel, this was one of the worst experience we had. When we asked for the use of the swimming pool, we were told that "your booking package does not include the use of the pool. you can put your robes and slippers on to look at the pool, but you can't use it." Overall, it was a bad hotel experience. We would not recommend it.
