The beds were comfortable. Nicely located near the train and metro station. The staff were incredibly kind, especially when my husband wasn’t feeling well. They checked on him whenever they saw me and were more than willing to arrange anything we may need. I would definitely stay here again.

As a decent hotel close to the Termini station it is just fine for a transit stay. Close, walkable, clean. Small room, nice bathroom. Clean hotel. Weird that it did not have a basic coffee/tea supply in the room. Would we stay here again. Yes as an overnight transit option.

Hotel is fine. Room and bathroom are ok and everything is clean. Outside, though, street and sidewalks could be a little cleaner. However, location is great. It is just two blocks from Termini Station and one block from Santa Maria Magiore Church where Pope Francisco was buried. Because of this, there are a lot of visitors to this church. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options and it is done at the terrace in the last floor where you can get a look at the church. Recommended.

Very nice and spacious hotel room, clean and close to termini. The only thing that’s not okay is that, they don’t have shower only jacuzzi. I am not sure if all the room that they have doesnt have shower at all.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but small with little space for storing clothing. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace for a drink in the evenings. Good variety of food for breakfast although the coffee was from a machine and not great. The shower was small as was the whole bathroom which often gave off a smell from the sewage. The area around the hotel is very dirty with garbage, cheap souvenir shops and steer vendors. It is very close to the Termini train station and the Basilica Maria Maggiore. It is about a 25 walk to attractions like the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Pantheon. It was hard to find our room because the hallways by the elevator are not labeled to know in which direction to go to find your room when you get off the elevator. The internet connection was not great. Even though it’s classified as a 4 star hotel. We felt it was more like a 3 star hotel.

Close to termini, stayed only to catch train to airport the next day. Hotel was more of a 3* than a 4* hotel. Breakfast buffet items were no more than ok. Room size.was fine, bathroom quite narrow. Staff was cheerful and helpful.
