The Space:

Welcome to Juan & Elisa Trevi, an exclusive apartment located in the heart of Rome’s historic center, just steps away from the Trevi Fountain.



This spacious residence is the result of two internally connected units arranged over two distinct levels, offering a stylish, elegant, and comfortable solution — perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking to experience Rome in style.



It includes four double bedrooms, two elegant living rooms, three fully renovated bathrooms (two of which are en suite), and two well-equipped kitchens.

There’s also a sofa bed in the living area to accommodate extra guests.



The highlight of the property is the panoramic terrace — spacious and private, perfect for dining at fresco, soaking up the sun, or enjoying an aperitivo with a view. Guests will also find an outdoor shower, ideal for cooling off on warmer days.



Every detail of the apartment has been thoughtfully curated to ensure functionality and comfort: it features a washer-dryer and a washing machine, large windows that flood the space with natural light, and a layout designed to provide both shared and private moments.



The location is unbeatable — central yet quiet, served by Metro Line A and several bus routes, just a short walk from all of Rome’s major attractions.



Guest Access:

Our guests are granted exclusive access to all areas of the apartment for maximum enjoyment.



We offer a self check in option, which allows the guest to access the apartment at their preferred time after 15.00 pm.

Please note that for assistance with check-in outside of standard hours involves an extra fee of €25 for assistance after 9PM and €50 after midnight.



In the case an early check in might be needed don't hesitate to contact us: we'll do our best to adapt to your specific needs.

The property is cleaned and sanitized by trained staff to ensure a comfortable environment upon your arrival.

Extra cleaning or linen changes are available upon request (subject to a fee) — we're happy to accommodate your needs.



The apartment consists of two internally connected units spread over two levels: one on the fourth floor (with elevator access) and one on the fifth floor (accessible by stairs from the fourth).



The terrace is accessible from the upper level.



The apartment is located within a restricted traffic zone (ZTL).
