Central, mas pouco aconchegante

A localização é ótima, bem central, permite ir à pé para muitas atrações, mercado e restaurantes próximos e ao lado do metrô. A acomodação deixou a desejar no sentido do conforto: a cama é dura e pouco confortável e nota-se que uma parte do colchão já está baixa. A Tv é muito pequena e ficou problemas na imagem/som: o sinal picotava o tempo todo e 3 dias depois não havia sido resolvido. A sorte é que a internet era boa o suficiente para vermos Netflix pelo notebook. A equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa, mas é insuficiente para cuidar da recepção e café da manhã. O salão de café da manhã é muito pequeno e não comporta todos os hóspedes, não havia uma pessoa exclusiva para recolher a louça suja, liberar mesas e servir o café expresso que precisa ser solicitado. Em alguns dias o pão era duro e parecia dormido. Podem melhorar!

Muito satisfeito

Tudo já começou bem pela educação, simpatia e paciência da recepção no dia da chegada através do funcionário Daniel se não estou enganado. No dia seguinte uma menina também muito educada. Café da manhã simples, mas bem servido.
