It is just a 15-minute walk away from the St. Peter's Basilica. So close! The only concern is the noise, if you stay on the 1st floor. The street's light is piercing through the curtain! So we have to sleep backward/facing the wall on our bed to avoid the street light. Other than that, it is a quiet and safe place!

This place was misrepresented. The photos did not match up with our accommodations. It was shabby, not clean in the second room our girls were in, the shower leaked. Tiles cracked in bathroom, shower door looks like it hasn’t been clean in months. The bathroom in the second bedroom was ridiculously small, knees hit wall when on toilet, shower did not work. I was not happy at all, no one around to talk to. When calling, never answered. The only good thing about this place was the location. I would not recommend anyone stay here. I feel like I was ripped off-should have charged $100/night not over $250. The closet in the loft had creepy dolls and a storage tote under a bed. Also one of the rooms was locked unable to use the whole facility.

Lots of space for the three of us. Excellent location to walk to all the sight seeing spots. The description on Expedia did say breakfast was included but it was not. That would be my only complaint. Otherwise the place was clean and just what we needed to make our Roman holiday enjoyable!

Great location to explore Rome

This "hotel" is in a great location. You can walk to all the key sites within Rome. From the Vatican to the Colosseum. These converted apartments are decently spacious and have two key amenities (AC and a lift) that make the stay easier. Only disadvantages were that the extra beds in the Family Room are very small and parking is not great as the recommended parking garage isn't the easiest or cheapest to use.

We stayed at the property for two nights. The only good thing about the property was the location. Everything else was extremely disappointing and misleading. The pictures showed online are highly photo-shopped. The property was in terrible condition with creepy art. Everything looked abandoned, but the most concerning thing is that the door handle was broken and someone could have easily come in the room. It is overpriced for what they offer. Location is definetely important, but it does not justify the condition of the room.
