The room was completely different from any of the pictures displayed online. It was old, with dirty wallpaper and very outdated. The bathroom was appalling with the toilet sistern having no lid and as a result when it was flushed it sprayed water all over the bathroom- the cistern was an old style one and was high up on the ceiling meaning water went everywhere, additionally with each flush the toilet made a crazy drill like sound that would wake up anyone in rooms above or below. The sinks fossets also leaked loads of water anytime they were turned on. Tiles were cracked and dirty. The room was extremely uncomfortable and for the first time ever I booked an alternative accommodation because this room was so bad. We did approach the management company and go were unbothered and unsurprised saying to us they knew there were issues in other rooms they were renting but didn’t know about this one. Their only offer to help was that on the last day of our trip they could move us to an alternative accommodation but we would have to stay where we were until then. I couldn’t recommend more not to stay here - I promise you will be so disappointed!!

The room was good, it would have been nice if the television worked, We asked and were promised a tech who never appeared, after many hours I went and purchased batteries (5 E ) When we mentioned it we were offered to change rooms, (It could have been easier), I took the batteries with me, so the issue is still yours to address. The cafe Neo is excellent.

Pictures in listing were not representative of property. Room was extremely small. The “residence” was inside an apartment building and the rooms were subdivided into smaller rooms. Front desk was not accessible. I was emailed prior to the stay to reach out to an individual Mikaela regarding the check in process. I reached out to her both via text and email and did not hear back. Upon arrival, around 4pm front desk was already done for the day so I had to call Mikaela for further check instructions. Once in the room the bathroom floor was disgusting (pictured versus the wall to show) and the room had enough room for just a bed.

Location is superb! Room is just what is needed for a short vacation. Walking distance to Vatican, Tiber, Fontana di Trevi, etc. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops...there are 3 doors to open...and no tv.

Great spot for exploring Rome, AC could be better

The hotel in Rome was very nice, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was excellent within walking distance to the Vatican and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring so easy. The only downside was the heat. Rome was very hot during our stay, and unfortunately the room stayed warm even with the AC running. When we first arrived, the AC had been turned off, so the room was especially uncomfortable at the start. That part wasn’t ideal, but aside from that, everything else about the stay was enjoyable.

Barely a 3-Star AirBnB

This is an AirBnB, and not a hotel. The access was difficult to manage, and the front desk has limited hours. They were friendly, and accommodating, so no issues with the staff. The location is unbeatable, though I would not stay here again.

It is just a 15-minute walk away from the St. Peter's Basilica. So close! The only concern is the noise, if you stay on the 1st floor. The street's light is piercing through the curtain! So we have to sleep backward/facing the wall on our bed to avoid the street light. Other than that, it is a quiet and safe place!

Good service and clean, comfortable environment. Great location. Felt a little unsafe with three doors to lock and others coming and going. Very loud noise level with apartment above and bed right under stairs. Could not sleep Well.
