I loved this place. I went with my husband and 2 kids. The room was very spacious, modern, clean, and it was in a great location. The staff was extremely responsive if I messaged them. My husband forgot something and they were able to have it delivered to our next hotel. I am very pleased with My Trevi Charming & Luxury Rooms and would highly recommend staying there.

The rooms are located in the Centro which is excellent for sight-seeing. The staff is kind and helpful. We stayed in 101 which had plenty of wardrobe space and was always clean. Coffee machine available in the room. The A/C worked and the bathroom was modern. There is no elevator, and the rooms are located on the 2nd floor. If you are not mobile or able to carry suitcases up stairs, this is not for you. Otherwise, I recommend this place for convenience for tourism, safety, kind staff, and cleanliness.

Best location and great service

Best location, central to all the key Rome attractions. Staff were friendly and very helpful in providing recommendations for dining and transportation. Highly recommend for your Rome visit.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. Unless you like walking up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator with heavy luggage. There’s no 24/7 host at the desk so if you need something you’re screwed.

We loved our stay at My Trevi. This property is a 10/10 overall. Cinzia went above and beyond to make us feel right at home, even while traveling in another country. She arranged our transportation to and from the property, which made everything seamless and stress-free. The location could not have been more perfect. Just a 2-minute walk from the Trevi Fountain, right in the heart of the city, yet still peaceful and quiet at night. We stayed in Room 101, and it was absolutely incredible. Truly worth every penny. We walked everywhere thanks to the unbeatable location. This was one of the best vacations we've ever been on. We’re already planning to come back, next time with our whole family. We can’t wait to return to Rome and explore more of beautiful Italy. Thank you again for such an incredibly stay!:)

THIS PLACE IS A GEM! Don't be fooled by exteriors. We loved everything about it--location was fabulous, shopping options, dining choices, transportation everywhere, walkable to all sites and museums even with an 11 year old. Nothing more than 25 minutes walk and most within 15. Trevi Fountain on the doorstep. The hotel is secure. Love the card access. Room was ideal for me and my grandson. One room but two separate sleeping areas. Great beds, pillows, linens and towels--really nice towels. AC and a balcony. Large bathroom and shower. Lots of hot water. Mini fridge, safe, coffee machine and access to a bigger kitchen with microwave and stove-top elements. Front desk staff stayed in touch through WhatsApp making sure everything was in order before we stayed, while we stayed and to say goodbye. Organized airport pick-up for us and had recommendations for tours and local restaurants. We will recommend to everyone. Certainly not fancy, but more than wonderful due to amenities, location and staff.
