Comfortable and convenient hotel for our first trip to Rome. We were able to walk to all sites except Vatican city & lots of great restaurants close by. Only issue was that the in room safe was missing instructions. I left a couple messages for staff about this but never received a reply. Only staff you may see is housekeeping.

Very modern lodging in a historic building, an easy walk from Termini Station. Clean, attractive, spacious and comfortable. Biggest shower I have encountered in Europe. Communication before and during stay via WhatsApp was timely and helpful. Will return.

Bu otelin yeri harika

Otelin yeri harika, önemli noktalara yürüme mesafesinde. Üstelik yemek yemek ve market ihtiyaçları ve hatta çeşmeden su bile kolaylıkla karşılanabiliyor. Havlu ve temiz yatak temini gayet iyi. Sadece günlük olarak odaların vakumlanması gerekiyor bence, ama ciddi bir sorunla karşılaşmadık. Bi de dışarıdan bakıldığında tabelası yok, binanın içine girilince anlaşılabiliyor bir otel olduğu.

Ni Expedia ni el hospedaje me mandaron las instrucciones ni el código de acceso a la habitación, por lo que tuve que buscar y pagar otro hotel la noche que llegue a Roma, nadie contestaba el teléfono que está en expedia del hotel y nadie de expedia pudo resolver la situación, me quedé en la calle esa noche y tuve que pagar otra noche en otro hotel, al segundo día, regresé al hospedaje y de milagro encontré que departamento era, porque no hay una sola indicación, el manager del hospedaje me comentó que siempre le pasa lo mismo a los clientes de Expedia, que ellos mandan las instrucciones y códigos de acceso a Expedia y Expedia no los mandan, tuve que pagar 230 € además de buscar varias horas un hotel con mi familia para no quedarme en la calle y nadie se hace responsable, yo siempre había reservado con Expedia y no lo volveré hacer, pésimo servicio de ambas partes., tengan mucho cuidado para q no sufran lo que yo sufrí.
