Ideal for visiting Rome for the first time. The apartment is on the first floor of an old building dating from the 14th century. There is no elevator! 1st floor. Large living room and bedroom with king size bed and sofa bed. Desk, chairs, cupboard.
Fully equipped kitchen room with dining table and chairs.
Bathroom with shower. The Panteon is just 2 minutes on foot.

Good location

Location was perfect for walking to most attractions. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Place was clean and had a great grocery store very close by.

Disappointing

The location and the internet were the only good things about this property. There were no windows to the outside so no sunlight came into the apartment. The air conditioning worked only in the bedroom. The rest of the apartment was squeltering hot. The laundry did not work. Could not get the stove to turn on. Not to mention that the hot water did not work in the bathroom. And the mosquitoes in the apartment were horrible. If you are tall or a little bit of a larger person be ware. The door to the bathroom was super short and so narrow. The lintel reached my husband’s shoulder. He is only 6’1” tall. He had to bend down to get in. I had to walk sideways to get into the bathroom. Tried to connect with the owner and while he responded, the answers were very short and not very helpful. It would have been good to know in advance that we had to walk up two flights to get to the apartment. Needless to say I would not be coming back.

Great Location

The location of the house was great. We liked the house very much. It was very close to places to visit. The cleanliness was good. It's a small house. You don't need public transportation at all. I had everything I needed at home. We had a nice Italian coffee :) I will come again. I recommend it to everyone :)
