The property was at a lovely location. The stairs to our room was very narrow, and we had to carry our bags up the stairs. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good however, the breakfast was not hot. The service was very nice and it was very convenient to the airport.

The hotel is the only decent hotel somewhat near the Fiumicino Rome airport. It has only 11 rooms. The “restaurant” for the property is very limited in what it offers, probably because there are only 11 rooms. All the rooms are on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator. So you have to drag your luggage up a flight of stairs.

Very clean hotel. Quiet with a large bathroom and bedroom. Staff were friendly. However for the price we were expecting an espresso machine in the room as all our other hotels had one. This one provided a kettle and instant coffee and some teas also no bathrobes but we were given slippers. This is a spa hotel. We did enjoy our stay!

Very helpful staff, easy checkin. Spa was pleasant; note that you need to reserve a time as it is your private area for 45 minutes. Grounds were well kept, room was clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was amazing (and I loved the shampoo). Hotel is a bit dated, but lovely nonetheless. Airport shuttle is 8 €pp, but it ran on time and took less than 15 minutes to get to the airport. Taxi is around 35€ (beware of non licensed taxis who will charge much more). We ate at Primopiano. Very attentive wait staff and good food.

As is so often in the case, the people make the difference! The staff at this hotel and its accompanying restaurant are above par and so welcoming and accommodating. You should know that the hotel is on the marina as it says, but that means that it is quite out of the way and not a cheap Uber from the airport luckily the hotel does offer a shuttle system which we used to get to the airport The accompanying restaurant staff, especially the bartender are absolute gems and made this out of the way airport hotel a great last stop in Rome. Thanks so much!
