Not a hotel Not a suite No service No reception No room service No hot water or enough towels Not like pictures Honestly the worst experience ever; I booked 4 days had to argue with Expedia to get me out of there after 2 days and refund me the difference it took forever but it worked.

Clean and modern room.
Positive: Breakfast was great place. Negatives: Shower door opening only 17", with step up, and very slick floor surface - a bit dangerous. For 2, bath shelf space too minimal. La Cucaracha Bar across the street noisy until midnight. Although only 2 blocks from Vatican Museum entrance, had to go to St.Peter's square to meet 'no-wait' guide and walk back. Clean towels only on 4th day. No desk, info service, owner not very communicative.

Excellent location & great price!
Exploring Rome they were perpectly situated. The metro is minutes walk from the guest house, St. Peter Basilica & Vatican museum & restaurant as well.The room was clean. A plus is the luggage storage. Sandro is so friendly & helpful! I will definitely recommend this guest house to my family & friends.

Dikke laag stof onder het bed. Wcbril beschadigd. Dikke laag kalk op de douchekoppen en kraan én in de waterkoker. De muren zijn onderaan helemaal bekrasd. Gordijnen zien er smoezelig uit. Je ligt alleen onder een dun lakentje en een kleine sprei die net over je voeten valt. Heb om een deken moeten vragen waar eerst moeilijk over werd gedaan. De handdoeken zijn rafelig. Zeer summier in wcpapier en ook het goedkoopste wat er is. Moest voor de laatste ochtend nog in de nacht een bericht sturen om meer wc papier omdat ik het net niet zou redden. De kussens zijn ook dun en bobbelig. De sierkussens durfde ik bijna niet aan te raken. Het enige positieve: de wifi deed het prima.
